Light Treason is the brainchild of Pacific Northwest-based musician Ronan Baker. Hailing from the lonely position of solo, everything you hear is from the darkest corners of Light Treason\u2019s mind.<\/p>\n
A fan of spoken word artists such as Sage Francis or Allen Ginsberg reading his seminal poem \u201cHowl,\u201d Light Treason attempts to thematically tie each album together with spoken vignettes to illustrate each separate offense that creates Light Treason, the act not the entity. Offenses that could range from a lack of sobriety, hubris, or even absence.<\/p>\n
The treason may be light but the sentence is not.<\/p>\n
